As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and its products.
  • Schedule appointments for service renewals and facilitate meetings for new business inquiries.
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book and developing an active, repeat customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve collective targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Work with account executives to design industry-specific outreach efforts.
  • Utilise CRM (Freshsales) tools to ensure standard processes throughout all sales stages.
